Upcoming on April 9, 2025, the 3.2 update for Honkai: Star Rail promises not only new gameplay features but also commemorative events marking the game’s second anniversary. This highly anticipated event will offer players fresh content, rewards, and additional characters to enhance their gaming experience.

New Characters and Storyline Overview

The focus of the 3.2 storyline centers around Amphoreus, continuing the intricate narrative thread of the Flame-Chase Journey involving the Chrysos Heirs. Players will delve deeper into the mysteries surrounding the character March 7th. Two new five-star characters, Anaxa and Castorice, are set to play significant roles in advancing the plot and will also feature prominently in upcoming banners.

Character Banners and Light Cones

Castorice’s banner will be the first to debut following the update, launching alongside a rerun of five-star characters including Acheron, Fugue (Tingyun), and Jiaoqui. Additionally, the banners will showcase four-star characters Gallagher, Lynx, and Pela, enhancing the variety for players looking to expand their rosters.

Midway through the new version, another wave of character banners featuring Anaxa and the five-star character Dr. Ratio will be released. This phase will also introduce four-star options such as Dan Heng, Moze, and Serval, providing players with ample opportunities to acquire formidable characters.

Anniversary Rewards and Events

As part of its second anniversary, Honkai: Star Rail has unveiled an enticing array of rewards for players. On anniversary day, everyone will receive 1, 600 Stellar Jades and 10 Fuel. Additionally, a login event will deliver 20 Star Rail Special Passes for limited five-star gacha draws.

Players who purchase in-game currency will benefit from the First Top-Up Double Bonus, which includes exclusive items such as the Golden Companion Spirit and Light Cone Memory Shard. The special Star Rail World event, running from the launch of version 3.2 through May 19, 2025, will provide limited-time rewards like the The Great Cosmic Enterprise Erudition four-star Light Cone and an additional 1, 200 Stellar Jades.

Increased Drop Rates

During version 3.2, the drop rates for Planar Fissure and Realm of the Strange will increase significantly, soaring to 300% during certain periods. This enhancement will allow players greater chances to acquire valuable resources and characters during the event.
