Upcoming Honkai: Star Rail Special Program Scheduled for August 2025
HoYoVerse has officially announced the highly anticipated Honkai: Star Rail Special Program. This streaming event will cover the concluding chapters of the Amphoreus storyline, set to broadcast on August 2, 2025. Viewers can tune in via YouTube or Twitch starting at 4:30 AM PT / 7:30 AM ET.
Patch 3.5 Release Date and Content Overview
The update is expected to launch shortly after, on August 13, 2025. It will follow the conclusion of the Blade, Firefly, and Jingliu rerun banners, seamlessly transitioning into new content that fans are eagerly waiting for.
Storyline Developments in the New Update
In version 3.5, players will continue the Amphoreus Trailblaze Mission storyline. The prior version, 3.4, included significant character developments and major plot twists involving the Chrysos Heirs and their participation in the Flame-Chase event. Anticipation is high for more plot revelations, particularly regarding the character March 7th, who is expected to play a critical role in the upcoming patch.
Introducing New Five-Star Characters
Players can look forward to exciting new additions in the form of two five-star characters, who are also part of the Chrysos Heirs lineage:
- Cerydra: This Wind damage dealer is classified under the Harmony category and will co-host the Special Program alongside Owlbert, Screwllum, and The Herta.
- Hysilens (also known as Helektra): A new Nihility character who specializes in Physical damage.
Access to Previous Content
If you haven’t completed the Fate/stay Night crossover event within Honkai: Star Rail, there’s no need to rush. The event is set to continue for several more patches, providing ample opportunity to obtain Saber from her banner or secure an additional copy of Archer.
