Fortunately, Jubilana isn’t too far from Songclave, making her easier to locate. She can be found in an area known as Memorium.
How to Locate Jubilana for the Lost Merchant Quest

As you venture east, you will reach a room featuring a contraption with a map of the Citadel. While you can spend 70 Rosaries to obtain this map, continue your quest by jumping into the ceiling opening to access a hidden area.
Proceed eastward to exit and leap down to the adjacent platform, as illustrated below. This location marks where you can find Jubilana in Memorium.
