“Highly Anticipated Birthday Message” — Jimmy Fallon Delights Fans by Wishing BTS’ Jimin a ‘Happy Birthday’ on His Personal X Account

On October 13, 2024, Jimmy Fallon extended his birthday wishes to BTS member Jimin through a post on his official X account. The talented South Korean artist, who is currently fulfilling his compulsory military duty since December 2023, was celebrated online by his devoted fans, who made various hashtags trend and sent many heartfelt messages.

In a similar gesture, the host of The Tonight Show took to X to send a personal birthday greeting to the singer-songwriter known for “Slow Dance.”Fallon featured an old photograph of himself with Jimin taken in April 2023, during Jimin’s guest appearance on the show to promote his debut solo album, FACE. His message included a simple but warm caption:

“It’s your birthday! Happy birthday Jimin!”

Fans were quick to observe that Jimmy Fallon has never publicly wished any other BTS member a happy birthday, which led them to express their appreciation for his continuous support towards Jimin.

One enthusiastic fan commented with delight,

“The most awaited birthday wish! Thank you, Jimmy.”

The BTS ARMY praised Jimmy Fallon for his consistent support for the MUSE artist.

“Whenever I see them together, I can’t help but hear, ‘Hey Jimmy, I’m Jimin,’ followed by Jimin’s laughter,”wrote one fan.

“Jimmy Fallon wins the award for best friend of Jimin every year,”another fan added.

“I am convinced Jimmy has his Weverse notifications on; the timing is impeccable,”another fan suggested.

Additionally, many fans expressed their gratitude for his genuine affection for all the members of BTS.

“Thank you, Jimmy, for being there for Jimin and all the BTS members,”one fan remarked.

“So thankful for you, Jimmy, for truly loving BTS, especially Jimin,”another added.

“Jimmy’s affection for Jimin is one of my favorite things in the world,”shared one supporter.

On October 13, 2024, Jimin logged onto Weverse and shared multiple posts to connect with his fans. In one of his heartfelt messages, he expressed how much he misses the ARMY and looks forward to singing in front of them once again.

“It’s already my birthday, and I’ve gotten used to it. However, time feels like it’s flying by while I sometimes feel like I’m moving slowly. It feels like it’s quick when I look back, but slow when looking forward. Everyone, ARMY, when will I get to sing so loudly for you? I miss you. It’s been a long time, hasn’t it?”

Jimin continued by sharing that he is dedicated to his military training and has met many wonderful individuals during his service. He reassured fans not to worry about him, stating he has been “eating well and training hard.”

“I’m concerned for you, but I hope you’re spending time surrounded by joy. It’s been a while since ARMY made happy memories. I never told you to worry!! It’s challenging, haha. But there are so many good people in the military, so we’re all working hard during our training. I’m taking care of myself, so please don’t fret.”

Jimin concluded his message by expressing gratitude for the love and support from his fans, urging them to patiently await his and the members’ return in the upcoming months.

In related news, other BTS members including Namjoon, Jungkook, Taehyung, and Suga are also currently serving in South Korea’s military. BTS’ Jin completed his service on June 12, 2024, and j-hope is set to be discharged on October 17, 2024. The remaining members are expected to make their return in June 2025.
