Harvest Moon Release Date for Mobile, PC, and Switch Announced

Exciting News: Bokujo Monogatari Coming to Switch and PC in 2025

G-Mode is set to rekindle nostalgia with the announcement of Bokujo Monogatari: Minori no Shima, a classic mobile flip phone version of the popular Harvest Moon series (now known as Story of Seasons).This beloved title is scheduled for release on March 29, 2025, exclusively in Japan, and will be priced at 1, 500 yen, roughly equivalent to $10. The game will be accessible on both the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.

Special Launch Discount Available

To commemorate the game’s arrival, G-Mode will offer a special launch promotion, providing a 30% discount that reduces the price to 1, 050 yen (approximately $7.07).This promotional price will be valid until May 27, 2025, for the Switch version, and until April 11, 2025, for Steam users.

A Look Back: The Origins of Bokujo Monogatari

The original title translates to “Harvest Moon: Island of Crops”and debuted back in 2008 as a digital download available exclusively in Japan. Notably, the game was released in two distinct versions: the “for Boy”edition launched on April 3, 2008 and the “for Girl”version followed on August 8, 2008.

All-in-One Package for Modern Platforms

The upcoming re-release aims to combine both original versions into a single package, offering fans a comprehensive experience. This edition will be part of the G-Mode Archives+ collection, allowing both new players and returning fans to enjoy a classic. However, it should be noted that the game will only be available in Japanese.
