Samsung is reportedly gearing up for the much-anticipated launch of the Galaxy S25 Edge, expected to debut in April. In an exciting development, a fortunate content creator has managed to get their hands on this flagship smartphone ahead of its official announcement. This creator has shared insights into the device’s design and specifications, providing valuable glimpses into what consumers can anticipate later this year.

Key Specifications: A Closer Look at the Galaxy S25 Edge

In a recent YouTube short by Alexis Garza, viewers were treated to an exclusive look at the Galaxy S25 Edge. Notable features have emerged, including a model number SM-937U, which signifies that this version is intended for the U. S.market. It boasts a robust 12GB of RAM alongside 256GB of internal storage, confirming the device’s high-performance capabilities.

The Galaxy S25 Edge’s thickness has drawn comparisons to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. Impressively, this new model is approximately half the thickness of Samsung’s current foldable flagship. It’s important to note that Samsung had originally considered two prototypes for this device, ultimately opting for a sleeker design measuring 5.84mm thick instead of a bulkier 6.4mm alternative.

While this design choice resulted in fewer cameras and a reduced battery capacity, the Galaxy S25 Edge surprises with a 4, 000mAh battery, equal to that of the base Galaxy S25. This was unexpected, especially since earlier reports indicated a lower capacity of 3, 900mAh with 25W wired charging support. Camera specifications include a 12MP sensor for both the rear and front cameras, meeting the essential needs of photography enthusiasts.

However, the standout feature is the inclusion of a 200MP primary camera, which is also shared with the premium Galaxy S25 Ultra. This elevated photography capability positions the Galaxy S25 Edge as a formidable contender in today’s smartphone market.
