Guide to Restoring Both Rooms to Their Original State in Wuthering Waves

Restoring both rooms to the same state is a crucial quest objective in the Boundary of Deduction quest from Wuthering Waves. In this quest, you are tasked with solving a straightforward puzzle by making several adjustments to a room in the Error Cell, ensuring it mirrors the Mysterious Room. Although the quest does not offer specific clues, the puzzle becomes clear once you understand the required actions.

By completing this puzzle, you will earn two Advanced Supply Chests, each valued at 20 Astrites. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to restore both rooms to the same state within Wuthering Waves’ Boundary of Deduction quest.

To access the Mysterious Room, use the portal activated by interacting with the info tablet on the table. As highlighted, the main goal is to restore both rooms to the same state. To achieve this, you need to turn off four computers in the original room, so both areas appear identical. The image provided offers a side-by-side comparison for your reference.

Begin by stepping through the portal back to the main room and proceed to the opposite end. Turn around and switch off the left computer on the table. Remember, this will require multiple attempts to successfully turn it off. After this, turn off the computer that is diagonally placed on the same table.

Once you have disabled the second computer, proceed to the other table in the center of the room and turn off the computer on the left. Finally, switch off the computer located diagonally on this table, just like the previous two. Note that this last computer will also need several attempts and will display a red light after the first try.

Just before you attempt to turn off the last computer, a Tacet Discord will materialize. Make sure to defeat it quickly and wait for the cutscene that follows. This will successfully restore both rooms to the same state.

Upon fulfilling this quest objective, you will receive two Advanced Supply Chests, each granting you 20 Astrites. One chest will be found in the Mysterious Room, while the other can be located in the original room.
