As you enter this location, find the NPC situated to the right of the central pool and interact with him by pressing the ‘E‘ key. The journey begins with the first task of returning the Dreamer’s Amulet, but the quest does not end there. Below is a sequential breakdown of the quests you will undertake for The Restless One:
1. Return the Dreamer’s Amulet
Before obtaining the Dreamer’s Amulet, players must complete the side quests available from all other NPCs in the Cultist Lair, as these quests reward Amulet Fragments that are critical to your progress. The fragments you need to gather include:
- Maelira’s Amulet Fragment
- Eldran’s Amulet Fragment
- Kareth’s Amulet Fragment
- Sythra’s Amulet Fragment
- Varn’s Amulet Fragment
With all fragments collected, proceed to the Sanctum area within the Lair to locate the Amulet NPC. Interact with her to finally obtain the Dreamer’s Amulet, then return to The Restless One to complete this initial task.
2. Return a Lucid Enchant Relic
This quest, along with several others, necessitates crafting the Lucid Rod. This can be accomplished in the Ancient Archives using a Lunar Thread, Lucid Reel, Cursed Torch Scrap Metal, and a cost of 80, 000C$.
