Among the coveted prizes is the adorable Morbol Seedling outfit designed for your trusty Palico companion. If you want to don this whimsical attire, follow the comprehensive guide below on how to unlock and craft the Morbol Seedling outfit in Monster Hunter Wilds.

Unlocking the Morbol Seedling Palico Armor

Omega Planetes Hunt Description

The Morbol Seedling armor set pays homage to the iconic Malboro monster from the Final Fantasy universe, beautifully reinterpreted in a charming seedling form. To unlock this delightful armor for your Palico, players must complete Extra Mission 5, which you will be prompted about upon starting the updated game.

This mission features two challenging segments: ‘A Peak Predicament’ and ‘Invader From the Stars.’ In the latter, hunters must vanquish the standard version of Omega Planetes. Ensure you’re adequately equipped, as this encounter is rated among the game’s toughest challenges.

Upon successfully defeating Omega Planetes and claiming your rewards, the Morbol Seedling set will automatically become available in the Palico Gear section of the forge.

Crafting the Morbol Seedling Palico Armor

After unlocking the Morbol Seedling attire, gathering the necessary monster materials will be your next step in crafting this unique set. Notably, several of these materials overlap with those required for the Bane Armor, should you also be interested in equipping your hunter.

Fortunately, the resource requirements for this Palico armor are less demanding than those for hunter gear. The set comprises three components: a headpiece, a chest piece, and a weapon. Here’s what you’ll need for each piece:

  • Twinflight Butterflies (Weapon)
    • Omega Data 1.0 x 1
    • Omega Pedal x 1
  • Morbol Seedling Head (Headpiece)
    • Omega Data 1.0 x 2
    • Omega Screw x 2
  • Morbol Seedling Body (Chest Piece)
    • Omega Data 1.0 x 2
    • Omega Screw x 2

It’s essential to note that the Morbol Seedling armor functions as a onesie-style set, similar to other Palico armor like the Wudwud set, meaning both the head and chest pieces must be worn together. Furthermore, this outfit, much like the previously released Street Fighter collaboration, is a permanent addition to the game, ensuring you won’t miss out!
