To locate the Gingerbread Door in Expedition 33, head toward the expedition flag situated on the Reverie Path. Nearby, players will spot the Cake Door; however, this particular door is non-interactive as it serves merely as an exit point for the area.
Players should continue forward while staying to the left until they discover an entrance that can be interacted with.
Unlocking the Cake Door in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
To gain entry through the Gingerbread Cake Door in Verso’s Drafts, players must present a Birthday Cake. Although the door specifies the presence of a group of five, only a single Birthday Cake is necessary for access.
Acquiring a Birthday Cake in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
To receive a delicious Birthday Cake in Expedition 33, players must collect three Pieces of Cake scattered throughout the area.
Location of Piece of Cake #1 in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
The first Piece of Cake is awarded by the Very Very Cool Gestral, a character that strikingly resembles Verso. Engage with this Gestral to receive a complimentary pass to a nearby attraction. Players must participate in a ride alongside all characters, after which the Very Very Cool Gestral will present the first Piece of Cake as a reward.
Location of Piece of Cake #2 in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
The second Piece of Cake can be obtained by locating and returning a Toy Boat in Expedition 33. Navigate to the Reverie Path expedition flag and find a nearby pool where Gestrals are gathered playing with toy boats. Speak to the group and assist them in retrieving the lost Toy Boat, which can be found beneath a waterfall.
Location of Piece of Cake #3 in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
The final Piece of Cake is rewarded by interacting with a Half-baked Lifeguard situated near the Gestral Baths expedition flag. To earn this Piece of Cake, players need to modify three Esquie statues, changing them to blue while leaving the remaining three in red. By conversing with the Lifeguard afterwards, players will receive the final Piece of Cake, which seamlessly transforms into a Birthday Cake.
