If you’re ready to embark on this thrilling battle, this comprehensive guide will provide you with the insights needed to locate and conquer the Scylla boss in Fisch.

Locating the Scylla Boss in Fisch

Initial Requirements to Access Scylla

To initiate your search for Scylla, you must complete specific prerequisites to gain entry to the Calm Zone. Start by obtaining and upgrading your submarine to Level 3. While doing so, you will need to explore the Volcanic Vents, Challenger’s Deep, and Abyssal Zenith bestiaries.

Be sure to catch the secret fish from the aforementioned bestiaries: the Magma Leviathan from Volcanic Vents, the Frozen Leviathan from Challenger’s Deep, and the Crowned Anglerfish from Abyssal Zenith. Once gathered, navigate your upgraded submarine to the entrance leading to the Calm Zone, situated just below the Abyssal Zenith entry point. For precise navigation, utilize the following coordinates: X = -4145, Y = -11210, Z = 1395.

Accessing the Calm Zone Bestiary

Upon reaching the Calm Zone, cross the waterfall and you will encounter a challenging area with skipping stones. To make this obstacle course easier, converse with the Calm Zone innkeeper to set a spawn point. Utilize an advanced glider for a more efficient traversal; climb the orange crystal to your left, then glide across to the far side.

After successfully crossing, you’ll arrive at a large gate where you will need to place the secret fish on their designated platforms: place the Crowned Anglerfish in the center, the Magma Leviathan on the left, and the Frozen Leviathan on the right. To do this, hold the fish and press E until it registers close to the platform. With all fish positioned correctly, the gate will open, granting you access to the Calm Zone bestiary.

Finding the Scylla Boss

Upon entering the Calm Zone bestiary, you will encounter the Scylla puzzle. To solve it, you need to activate the four statues by pressing E when prompted until they glow green. Completing this action within a minute for all statues is crucial; a recommended strategy is to engage one statue, then quickly move to the next.

Once the puzzle is solved, a gate will unlock, leading you to a portal to the Veil of the Forsaken. Upon entering, you must wait for a minute for the Scylla boss gate to open. This interval allows you to gather your friends, as all players must arrive before the timer expires to participate in the upcoming boss battle. Once the waiting time concludes, a cinematic will trigger, immersing you in the Scylla encounter.

Strategies for Defeating the Scylla Boss

Once the Scylla boss battle begins, you will notice highlighted Ancient Weapon parts scattered around the arena, including a Base, Bow, and Arrow. To defeat Scylla, you need to collect these parts and deposit them into the Crossbow. Utilizing an Advanced Glider will make this task significantly easier; failing and falling into the water will result in respawning at the beginning.

Prioritize dodging the energy balls Scylla launches toward you, as taking damage can jeopardize your success. To streamline your inventory management, I recommend clearing out non-essential items from your quick bar prior to the fight. This tactic ensures that the Ancient Weapon parts you gather can be directly accessed without navigating through your entire inventory.

After securing all parts, return to the area from which you entered the battle; the Crossbow will be positioned atop that location. The Scylla fight lasts for 10 minutes, and failing to complete your objective in time resets the encounter. It’s vital to gather and deposit parts swiftly while avoiding Scylla’s energy attacks, particularly when she launches all four simultaneously.

Once you deposit all three Ancient Weapon Parts successfully, a cinematic will depict Scylla’s defeat, granting you access to the Veil of the Forsaken bestiary.
