Event Duration and Eligibility

The Teyvat’s Special Delivery web event runs from September 27, 2024, to October 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC+8). To participate in this event, players must have achieved at least Adventure Rank 10.

Event Overview

During the Teyvat’s Special Delivery web event, participants must complete various challenges on the event’s webpage to acquire packages. Each completed mission rewards you with one package.

Some missions will require you to log into the game, which may include completing Daily Commissions, using Resin, and similar tasks. Additionally, there are missions that can be completed outside of Genshin Impact, such as watching the Natlan trailer or sharing the web event page. Note that Daily Missions reset each day at 4 AM.

After obtaining a package, navigate to the event’s “Deliver Package”section to deliver it to various recipients throughout Teyvat. You can select any region to make your delivery.

Upon selecting the region, you’ll receive information about the order recipient alongside two recipient options. It’s crucial to select the correct recipient based on the provided information to successfully complete the delivery.

Players can only deliver one package per nation, necessitating the delivery of a total of six packages to complete the event. After each delivery, rewards will be granted by the recipient. Completing all six deliveries earns you 40 Primogems, among other rewards.
