Guide to Completing Sylus’ Birthday Event in Love and Deepspace

As the newest addition to the romantic roster of Love and Deepspace, Sylus stands out as the fourth love interest and the first character introduced following the game’s launch. He serves a distinct role in appealing to romantic fantasy fans, appealing to diverse players with a blend of charm and intrigue. Sylus, notorious as Linkon City’s most-wanted criminal, finds himself in precarious situations when he develops feelings for our protagonist, a government agent. Infold Games cleverly dances around the implications of their relationship, emphasizing the thrill of loving a rogue while still committing to the hero narrative.

First introduced in the LaDS 2.0 update in July 2024, Sylus is set to celebrate his inaugural 2025 birthday event. The birthday festivities in LaDS during this time follow a familiar format, yet each love interest’s celebration is infused with unique details. In Sylus’ scenario, the emphasis shifts from his rebellious exploits to his unexpected affection for nature and an amusing fondness for maple syrup—trust us, it ties into the storyline in delightful ways!

The birthday celebration comprises two key components: the Where Hearts Live event banner and the Night Whisper celebration. Both features are time-sensitive and will conclude on April 20th, so hurry to join in Sylus’ birthday festivities!

Participating in the LaDS Night Whisper Event

You can access the Night Whisper event via the game’s events section. To unlock and participate, players must have progressed in the main story to at least Chapter 1-8, which conveniently marks the first encounter between the player’s character and Sylus.

The Night Whisper event is divided into three distinct phases, providing ample opportunity to collect exclusive event currency known as Sugar Maples.

Step 1: Start by playing the Inspiration Collection mini-game to gather ingredients for the birthday cake. It includes four stages, each offering unique ingredient types.

Step 2: Next, visit Blueprints to create cake decorations using the gathered ingredients. Completing this step will unlock special story quests related to the event.

Step 3: Finally, utilize the DIY feature alongside the unlocked blueprints to craft a personalized cake for Sylus’ birthday by mixing various shapes, flavors, toppings, decor, and banners.

On Sylus’ birthday, starting from April 18th and extending through the event, you’ll receive a delightful video call from him sharing his feelings about the celebrations.

Details of the Night Whisper Event Shop

As you engage in the Night Whisper event, you’ll accumulate a unique currency called Sugar Maples. Navigate to Shop > Exchange > Tendre Shop to trade your Sugar Maples for a variety of exclusive items:

If you have any unspent Sugar Maples by the end of the event, you can exchange each for 25 Gold, a worthwhile exchange! Typically, leftover limited currencies are converted into a permanent currency once the event concludes, ensuring you won’t completely lose out by forgetting to utilize them. However, keep in mind that their buying power may decrease.

Engaging with Where Hearts Live

Where Hearts Live features in the current event banner of Love and Deepspace’s gacha system, boasting a boosted drop rate for Sylus’ 5-star birthday memory also named Where Hearts Live.

This Purple Stellactrum Lunar Memory will be part of LaDS’ limited wish pool from April 13th through April 20th, 2025. Given its limited availability, it’s unlikely to return until the next celebration of Sylus’ birthday, which will be in approximately 51 weeks.

As an incentive, players logging in during the event will receive 10x Limited Deepspace Wishes in their mailbox. Any unspent Limited Deepspace Wishes at the end of the event will convert to standard Empyrian Wishes that can be used on permanent banners, so there’s no loss if you don’t manage to spend them.
