Step 1: Engage with the Military Detective
After reaching the critical level requirement, your first task is straightforward: visit Prison Island, situated west of Fountain City. Here, you will find the MISC NPC known as the Military Detective.
Engage with him to receive a quest that involves tracking down Don Swan, who is believed to be in hiding alongside the Ice Admiral at the Frozen Village. Step 3: Transitioning to the Second Sea
Upon successfully defeating the Ice Admiral, seek out the Experienced Captain located in Middle Town. This NPC will facilitate your transportation to the Second Sea.
