Visit the official Windows 11 website to download the Windows 11 ISO, either directly or using the Media Creation Tool.
Download the Rufus application from its official site (choose between installer or portable versions).
Launch Rufus and insert your USB drive.
Select your USB drive from the available options and load the Windows 11 ISO file. Keep the other settings unchanged.
Click on Start. A new window will appear with additional options. Make sure to select the option to Remove requirement for an online Microsoft account. You can adjust other settings as needed.
Confirm by clicking Ok.
