GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition Free on PS Plus Will Be Removed Soon

The remastered edition of one of the most iconic titles in the Grand Theft Auto franchise, GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition, is currently available to PS4 and PS5 users for free, thanks to the PS Plus premium tiers. Players can immerse themselves in the journey of Carl “CJ” Johnson, but this opportunity is time-sensitive. The game will soon be removed from the PS Plus library, with its exit scheduled for November 18, 2024, as indicated in the “Last chance to play”section of the PS Plus menu.

Additionally, several other titles will also drop off the free game list for PS Plus subscribers during this transition.

PS Plus Subscribers Set to Lose Access to GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition and More

The image above illustrates that the GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition will be unavailable on November 18, 2024, for two of the three PS Plus tiers. Currently, it can be enjoyed for free by members of PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium.

While many PS Plus users may regret missing out on the free availability of GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition, new games have already been introduced to the PS Plus Premium and Extra tiers as of October 15, 2024.
