Your journey to the anthill will commence after you’ve upgraded your Omni-Tool. Don’t forget to bring a torch, or you can craft a makeshift torch by collecting mold stocks along the walls to illuminate your path.
Head directly from the entrance, and you should quickly arrive at your target location. Unearth the chest that is slightly buried to uncover not only the disk but also a token that boosts your damage against ants—though it comes with the trade-off of increased vulnerability.
How to Obtain the Red Ant Soldier Egg
Having learned how to craft a Buggie is only half the battle; you’ll also need a Red Ant Soldier egg to hatch your new companion.You’ll be instructed to build a hatchery, which is relatively straightforward given the materials typically found nearby.
Once your hatchery is ready, prepare to venture to another anthill that poses a greater challenge, populated by far more ants. It’s advisable to craft some armor and restorative bandages prior to your expedition, ensuring you’re adequately equipped to withstand multiple encounters.
