Expected Features and Upgrades
For this year’s Pixel 10 series, significant changes are not anticipated in comparison to competitors like the Apple iPhone 17 series. However, the Pixel 10 lineup will introduce the new TSMC-made Tensor G5 chipset, along with MediaTek modems, moving away from Qualcomm solutions.
The series will consist of four models, similar to last year’s release: the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. While leaks suggest a design reminiscent of the Pixel 9 series, substantial camera enhancements are expected.
Innovative Features on the Horizon
Among the rumored functionalities, the Pixel 10 series might incorporate a “Video Generative ML”feature that enables users to edit videos with AI capabilities. Additional features such as “Sketch to Image”and “Magic Mirror”are also being speculated.
Furthermore, the Tensor G5 is anticipated to support 4K video recording at 60fps HDR, a significant improvement over the 30fps HDR capability of the current Tensor G4 chipset. The base model of the Pixel 10 is also rumored to include a telephoto lens.
Considerations Before Upgrading
As always, it’s essential to approach these rumors with caution. What are your thoughts on upgrading to the Pixel 10 this year? We invite you to share your opinions!
