Goat Simulator Remastered Launches on November 7 with All DLC, Enhanced Graphics, and Familiar Mayhem

Approximately a decade ago, the chaotic and humorous universe of Goat Simulator burst onto the scene as a glitch-laden sandbox game crafted by Coffee Stain Studios. Originally conceived as an April Fool’s prank prototype, this quirky title has successfully sold millions across various platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile devices.

Recently, the studio revealed Goat Simulator Remastered, which is set to bring this zany experience to contemporary gaming systems. The eagerly awaited launch date is November 7. You can witness the gameplay in the trailer below.

The playful announcement from Coffee Stain quipped, “With zero Golden Joystick Awards to its credit and modest review ratings, Goat Simulator truly deserves its remastered version, which promises to be the most comprehensive edition of the game thus far.”

This upgraded release will feature enhanced lighting, improved foliage, refined animations, upgraded textures, visual effects, and new assets for various components. Additionally, players will be introduced to a completely new mutator menu, allowing them to customize their goat adventures on the go.

The remastered version will also bundle all seven DLCs that the original game has introduced throughout its journey, including:

  • GoatVille – Often hailed as the Goat Simulator equivalent of the Big Apple…
  • Goat City Bay – The sparkling coastal treasure of northern GoatAsia
  • Goat MMO – An epic fantasy quest through uncharted lands
  • Goat Z – Are you ready to face the end of the world?
  • PAYDAY – Assemble your team and gear up for a thrilling heist!
  • Waste of Space – Journey to the farthest reaches of the cosmos and uncover popular sci-fi nods…
  • Buck to School – From Goat Simulator Mobile, GoatVille high welcomes a new athlete to the scene

Producer Joel Rydholm from Coffee Stain Publishing remarked, “You’ve anticipated this for 10 years, so we ask you to hold on for just one more month.”He continued, “Goat Simulator: Remastered is set to blow you away (or should we say, cloven hooves off?), and we assure you it’ll likely be worth the wait. We can’t wait to see the response from our players!”

Scheduled for release on November 7, Goat Simulator: Remastered will be available for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. The PC version will be accessible across platforms like Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store, but a price has yet to be announced.

In addition to the remaster, Goat Simulator 3 is also making its way to Xbox One and PlayStation 4, granting last-generation console gamers their first chance to experience the latest installment. This sequel hit the shelves for PC and current-gen consoles back in 2022. Just to clarify, there has never been a Goat Simulator 2.
