On October 2, 2024, Mariah Carey shared a video on Instagram from a private jet, seemingly teasing her fans that there is still time before her Christmas performance of the iconic song, “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”The video features the pilot announcing their destination as the North Pole, prompting Mariah to respond:

“Not yet! Sorry! They always rush me.”

Mariah’s video quickly went viral, attracting responses from users on X. Commenting on the rush for the singer to perform her beloved holiday hit sooner, one user tweeted:

“Give this girl a break it’s not even November.”

Numerous X users humorously remarked on Mariah Carey’s reminder to slow down the Christmas celebrations, with one noting her legendary status as the “Queen of Christmas.”

“The queen of Christmas has spoken!”another X user mentioned.

“Ok girl but come back on November 1st at exactly 12:00am because stockings will be getting hung.”an internet user addressed Mariah.

“When you have that one song to feed you for the rest of your life. Goals.”another X user said.

“This girl is so greedy for promoting a 30-year-old song.”an internet user remarked.
