Exciting Updates in Genshin Impact’s 6.0 Version Luna I Set to Launch on September 10, 2025
The much-anticipated Genshin Impact update, Version 6.0, titled Luna I, is officially scheduled for release on September 10, 2025. This update not only introduces three brand-new characters but also features an intriguing recurring event that allows players to earn up to four Stella Fortuna annually for five-star characters. Additionally, players will have an opportunity to select a five-star character and acquire essential items to elevate them to level 60. The update’s Archon Quest unfolds as players venture into the new region of Nod-Krai, complemented by various engaging events and promotional trailers. Players can also preregister for this update, enhancing anticipation.
Archon Quest and New Characters
Upon the launch of Version Luna I, players can dive directly into the new Archon Quest titled “A Dance of Snowy Tides and Hoarfrost Groves, ” set in the enchanting Isle of Cold Moonlight. Concurrently, banners for the five-star Dendro characters, Lauma and returning Nahida, will become available. Following the first phase, players can expect the introduction of the Electro five-star Flins, alongside a new four-star Hydro character, Aino, and the return of five-star Hydro character, Yelan. Notably, Aino can be acquired for free by participating in the Clinky-Clank Gadgets-a-Gogo event. Players will also explore a new Domain to collect two exciting new Artifact sets: Night of the Sky’s Unveiling and Silken Moon’s Serenade.
Character Updates and Anniversary Rewards
In addition to the new characters, significant updates will impact existing characters as well. The Roving Chalice of Dewgrass Chronicled Wish will refresh character options featuring Alhaitham, Cyno, Dehya, Nilou, Tighnari, and the Wanderer. The upcoming Uncover Lunar Realms, Hone the Eventide Radiance event provides players an opportunity to select a Wanderlust Invocation character for free. To celebrate the anniversary, players can look forward to receiving 1, 600 Primogems and 10 Intertwined Fates.
