Update: We’ve added an interactive map showing all of the Sakura Bloom locations in Genshin Impact to the first section of this page.
Discovering Genshin Impact’s Sakura Bloom Locations
Finding the Sakura Bloom locations in Genshin Impact can be quite challenging. Once you identify these elusive blooms, an additional step is necessary before you can collect them successfully.
To gather Sakura Blooms, you’ll need an Electro character in your party. If you don’t have Fischl or Yae Miko available, Lisa serves as a solid alternative during your flower hunting expeditions.
These blooms are mainly utilized for leveling characters such as Ayaka and Ayato. If you aim to elevate both siblings to level 90, prepare to gather a significant amount of blooms—75 in total are available in Inazuma—requiring not only expertise but also a fair amount of patience.
Sakura Bloom Locations in Inazuma
Sakura Blooms exclusively thrive on Narukami Island, the prominent island of Inazuma, home to key locations like Inazuma City and Kamisato Manor. Most of these blooms can be found near the Narukami Shrine and along the mountainous path leading to it. Some blooms are also located at Mt. Yougou, although you’ll need to complete the Sacred Sakura Cleansing quest to access this area.
Importantly, several clusters of Sakura Blooms can be found around the periphery of Inazuma City and the southern boundaries of Chinju Forest.
Explore the interactive map below for a comprehensive layout of all the Sakura Bloom spawn points before diving into specific farming routes:
Effective Farming Routes for Sakura Blooms
Like many plant materials in Genshin Impact, Sakura Blooms will respawn after a span of two real-world days. This timing is essential for planning your farming strategies. Although Sakura Blooms are derived from plant life, they cannot be cultivated in the Serenitea Pot, nor can they be purchased from vendors. Your only option for gathering them is through exploration in the wild.
To initiate your farming, start tracking the blooms from the shrine’s teleport waypoint. You’ll find the majority of blooms scattered along the mountain path leading up to the shrine. Unlike searching for certain beetles associated with Itto and Heizou, locating Sakura Blooms is much more straightforward.

Given the elevation of the shrine, it’s an excellent starting point to harvest the surrounding blooms, especially those positioned to the west and in between the shrine and Kamisato Estate.
Notably, some blooms situated south of the shrine and north of the forest are located underground, making them a unique challenge to locate.
When searching for Sakura Blooms around Inazuma City, the task is rather straightforward with no complex navigation required.

How to Collect Sakura Blooms in Genshin Impact
Gathering Sakura Blooms differs significantly from the collection of other plant materials in Genshin Impact. Similar to the Flaming Flower, they require the use of an Elemental skill to be revealed.
Initially appearing as floating pink spots in the air, you must use an Electro attack to make them visible. Once activated, you can collect the blooms and continue your gathering efforts.
Utilization of Sakura Blooms in Genshin Impact
The primary purpose of Sakura Blooms is to facilitate the leveling of Ayaka and Ayato, although they do feature in certain cooking recipes and in crafting the Electroculus Resonance Stone. If you’re not interested in acquiring Ayato or do not possess Ayaka, you may find little reason to concern yourself with gathering these blooms.
