Recent disclosures suggest that Genshin Impact may soon introduce two additional characters to its Standard banner. According to information from Iris leaks, the new characters are expected to originate from the fiery nation of Natlan.

The Standard banner offers players a permanent opportunity to obtain characters at their convenience. Presently, there are seven characters available for players to pull from. Character Additions to the Genshin Impact Standard Banner Suggested by Leaks

As revealed by Iris Leaks, two upcoming characters from Natlan—Citlali and Iansan—are slated to be incorporated into the Standard banner in the near future. Both of these characters are classified under the Pyro element and have yet to be officially released.

Initially, the Standard banner in Genshin Impact featured just five characters: Jean, Diluc, Mona, Qiqi, and Keqing. With the later additions of Tighnari and Dehya, the character roster remained unchanged for quite a while. Should the current leaks hold true, players can anticipate an update to the Standard banner character selection after a significant hiatus.

At this moment, definitive information regarding Citlali and Iansan’s release dates remains scarce. However, Iris leaks indicate that Citlali might debut in Genshin Impact 5.3, accompanied by the Pyro Archon Mavuika, and it is speculated that she could be a 5-star character.

Information surrounding Iansan is even more limited, with her only prior appearance being in the Archon Quests, where she plays a pivotal role. Nonetheless, HoYoverse has yet to disclose any additional specifics about her release timing. The sole confirmed details about Iansan are the names of her voice actors across different languages.
