This will enable her to effortlessly accumulate the maximum number of stacks on the artifact’s 4-piece bonus, granting her significant damage boosts.

In the game, only a few characters have the Bond of Life mechanics in their kit, making it difficult for anyone to effectively use the 4-pc set unless they have a weapon like Finale of the Deep and Flowing Purity. These characters include Wriothesley, Yae Miko, Klee, Ayato, and Ayaka. However, it is not advisable to equip them with the Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy as there are better options available.
