Doctor’s Orders is an available daily commission in Genshin Impact that players can complete. This task involves assisting Zakariya, a physician employed in the Sumeru region. The quest has three different versions, with Zakariya requesting that you deliver medicine to various patients.

In order to initiate the daily commission, “Doctor’s Orders,”in Genshin Impact’s Sumeru region, players must first approach Zakariya, a doctor located at the Bimarstan Hospital in Sumeru City. Zakariya will then request for you to deliver medicine to one of his three patients.
By offering additional assistance after completing the delivery, you will be able to unlock the Sumeru hidden achievement, Relaxation Therapy.

Gurgen’s Interests
Gurgen is situated in his field northwest of Bimarstand, where he is lamenting his inability to remove the overgrown weeds due to injuries.
Once you have delivered Gurgen’s medications, be sure to clear all the weeds from his field and have another conversation with him. After that, return to Zakariya and provide a report to finish the commission.
Zara
Azra, a proficient mercenary of the renowned Corps of Thirty, is positioned by the bustling entrance of the Grand Bazaar. While distributing her remedies, Zakariya remarks that she frequently voices her dislike for their bitter taste.
Hence, once the objective is achieved, engage with Azra once more and present her with 1x Sugar. After that, rendezvous with Zakariya to finalize the Doctor’s Orders commission.
Mahmud
After the commission, Aftab can be located across the street from Bimarstan, just like Azra. Similar to Azra, you must interact with this NPC after delivering his medicines. A 1x Delicious Steak will need to be offered to him in this location.
Upon completion, make sure to circle back to Zakariya and provide him with a report in order to fulfill the daily commission.
