Genshin Impact version 5.2 is expected to launch towards the end of 2024, and various leaks regarding this update have already begun to emerge. A recent leak, shared by Stepleaks, indicates that players may receive a Khaenri’ah-themed wind glider in the upcoming Genshin Impact 5.2 patch. Prior leaks have alluded to the involvement of characters such as Wanderer and Durin in the main storyline. This latest information about a Khaenri’ah-themed glider seems to support these claims, as Durin’s role in the narrative could be connected to Khaenri’ah and Dainsleif.

According to Stepleaks, players might receive a new wind glider in Genshin Impact 5.2 that is associated with either Dainsleif, Khaenri’ah, or potentially both. Dainsleif’s most recent appearance was in the Archon Quest Chapter IV Act VI: Bedtime Story, where he played a crucial role.

Previously, another leaker on X, @foul_leak, hinted at a possible rerun for Wanderer and a Dragonspine-themed update in Genshin Impact 5.2. If these leaks prove accurate, it would not be far-fetched to assume Dainsleif may also be part of the storyline. The Simulanka main quest in Genshin Impact 4.8 hinted at a future narrative involving the dragon Durin.

Durin was created by Rhinedottir (also known as Gold), an alchemist from Khaenri’ah. Rhinedottir is also responsible for the creation of the synthetic human Albedo, who is deeply connected to Dragonspine. The Bedtime Story quest revealed that Rhinedottir was one of the five great Sinners of Khaenri’ah.

These characters share intricate connections, which may justify their convergence for a prospective Dragonspine/Khaenri’ah-themed patch in Genshin Impact 5.2.

With rumors of a Khaenri’ah-themed wind glider now circulating, players have started speculating about its design, with many predicting it might feature blue or black tones, as these are prominent in Dainsleif’s color palette.

However, it’s important to note that all this remains speculation, and nothing is confirmed until HoYoverse releases official details regarding Genshin Impact 5.2.
