Based on this information, it can be assumed that players, particularly those who have purchased the Welkin and Battle Pass, will be able to obtain a substantial number of pulls in the upcoming Fontaine patch, possibly enough to secure at least one 5-star pull. As always, the amount of Primogems earned will vary depending on each player’s participation in events and other in-game activities.

Anticipated Primogem Accumulation for Welkin and Battle Pass Subscribers
By having the Blessing of the Welkin Moon, travelers can increase their estimated F2P Primogem count by an additional 3,780 Primogems and 600 Genesis Crystals. This brings the total to 16,095 Primogems, equivalent to approximately 100 pulls. With this amount, players who have the Welkin Moon can ensure at least one 5-star pull in version 4.6.
Unlocking the Battle Pass will grant players 680 more Primogems and four Intertwined Fates, bringing the total to 17,415 Primogems or 108 pulls.
