Although HoYoverse has not yet announced the next Chronicled Wish, there is a possibility that it will be available in the upcoming 4.6 update as well.

Genshin Impact: Upcoming Characters and Their Potential Abilities

According to the regulations of the Chronicled Wish, only select characters who have received at least three banners and have not been showcased in recent Event Wishes are qualified to appear in the Chronicled Wish. Furthermore, the recent banner in Genshin Impact 4.5 displayed a Mondstadt emblem, suggesting that it may be focused on characters from that region. Therefore, it is probable that the upcoming Chronicled Wish will highlight characters from Liyue.
