Gene Deal, the former bodyguard for Sean “Diddy” Combs, made a recent guest appearance on The Art of Dialogue podcast, discussing various topics including the rapper’s ongoing legal troubles and his connections with actor Ashton Kutcher.
When posed with a question about whether Ashton Kutcher might be concerned about Sean Combs potentially revealing information, Deal offered a revealing response:
“That’s why he made that statement, to set up the narrative that this guy’s going to lie on us. This guy ain’t gonna tell the truth on us. But what we know is that wherever Diddy went, his tape recorders went. His camera equipment was working. He was videotaping everything. So they might have a video tape already.”
This commentary emerged shortly after Diddy was taken into custody at the Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan on September 16, 2024, following a grand jury indictment that includes serious charges such as racketeering, sex trafficking, and fraud. The rapper is set to face trial on October 9, 2024.

“Ashton Kutcher has a right to be alarmed if he was involved with Diddy” — Gene Deal sheds light on Sean Combs’ legal dilemmas
The revelations from Gene Deal have caused quite a stir, especially his assertion that Ashton Kutcher has had a close association with Diddy throughout the years. He expressed that Kutcher should indeed be “alarmed” if he had engaged in any inappropriate activities with the rapper.
“Ashton Kutcher has a right to be alarmed if he was doing things with Diddy,” he stated.
When asked if he had been approached by law enforcement or federal agents regarding the ongoing situation, Deal indicated that he had not been implicated in “what is unfolding right now.” He confirmed that neither the defense nor the prosecution had reached out to him, although he suggested it was possible that he might be contacted in the near future.
During the discussion, when the interviewer inquired if he believed the rapper would deceive federal authorities, Deal questioned the rationale behind Combs lying, stating that he thought the rapper would aim to be as forthcoming as possible. Deal also claimed that the authorities had been aware since 2011 that “Puff was engaging in some questionable activities,” suggesting that Diddy had been under observation for over a decade.
He further probed:
“Why didn’t they stop him then? If they had information about him being involved with underage boys and all this, why didn’t they take action? Why did they allow all these other people to become victims? What about the 120 who came forward? How many of those cases were relevant post-2011?”
In addition, Gene Deal alluded to a strong friendship between Kutcher and Combs, recalling a memorable outing:
“One time, me, him, Ashton Kutcher went to a Mets game, and we met Jay-Z there. You know what I’m saying. They were close, they were cool.”
Additionally, Deal mentioned a group associated with Combs known as the “Brat Pact,” specifying that aside from Diddy, other notable members included Leonardo DiCaprio, and “some other guy” whose identity he couldn’t quite recall. He ominously warned that “all of them should be worried.”
As Gene Deal’s statements continue to create buzz across social media, neither Ashton Kutcher nor his wife have publicly addressed the matter as of yet.
