Recent listings on German retail websites have revealed information regarding the upcoming GeForce RTX 5060 Ti, showcasing prices that may raise eyebrows ahead of NVIDIA’s official announcement. While these early price tags are likely to be adjusted, they certainly set the stage for the anticipated GPU launch.
Pricing Overview: NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB and 16 GB Editions
The listings highlight that the NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti’s price may exceed that of the RTX 5070, with higher-end models approaching the cost of the RTX 5070 Ti. This suggests that these price points may be placeholders. The RTX 5060 Ti is expected to arrive in both 8 GB and 16 GB configurations, each with varying price tags.
While NVIDIA has yet to confirm these prices, reports indicate that the new GPU could be positioned similarly to its predecessors. Speculated prices suggest the RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB will retail for $399, while the 16 GB variant may sit at $499. However, early German listings show shocking prices that can soar as high as $895.

These prices reflect a 20% VAT included, yet even when adjusted, they remain considerably above the RTX 5070’s MSRP. For instance, the entry-level ASUS Dual RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB is priced at €587, translating to approximately $666 globally. Once VAT is removed, the price drops to $555, not far from the RTX 5070’s pricing of $549.
Other 8 GB variants, such as the ZOTAC RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB Twin Edge models and the AMP version, are listed above €600. The ZOTAC AMP edition is the priciest at €721, equating to roughly $819. The RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB options also have steep prices, starting at €693 (about $787), with multiple models listed significantly higher.

Despite these higher-than-expected prices, it’s likely they will not reflect the final retail values. If NVIDIA adheres to the price structure of its prior GPU releases, consumers may see the 8 GB version priced around €480 and the 16 GB variant near €600 upon launch, with premium and overclocked editions venturing beyond these thresholds.
At €500 for an 8 GB card, the pricing leaves room for concern, especially considering industry trends. Interestingly, AMD, once critical of NVIDIA’s low VRAM offerings, appears to align with similar pricing strategies for its upcoming RX 9060 XT. NVIDIA’s RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB and 16 GB cards are set for launch in just a few days, and consumer anticipation is high as they prepare to hit the shelves.
