Family Pack is a captivating French survival fantasy film inspired by Asmodee’s popular card game, The Werewolves of Millers Hollow. The film, helmed by director François Uzan, made its debut on Netflix on October 23, 2024.

The story kicks off during a lively family reunion at the home of Grandpa Gilbert. While rummaging through his father’s attic, Jérôme stumbles upon an ancient board game and decides to begin playing. This fateful decision spirals into a series of unforeseen events, catapulting all the guests into a shadowy medieval village.

The inhabitants of Millers Hollow face a terrifying threat from werewolves that roam freely at night, camouflaged as ordinary citizens. To navigate back to their reality, the family must unite, harness their individual abilities, and confront the lurking monsters before they become prey.

1) Jean Reno as Gilbert

In the film, Jean Reno portrays Grandpa Gilbert, the patriarch of the family, whose home serves as the gathering place for a family reunion. Gilbert, an elderly man struggling with dementia, frequently forgets the names of his children and grandchildren.

2) Franck Dubosc as Jerome

Jérôme, played by Franck Dubosc, is Gilbert’s son and the catalyst for the family’s participation in the Werewolves game. Jérôme gains the extraordinary power of the seer, granting him the ability to perceive others’ thoughts.

3) Suzanne Clement as Marie

In Family Pack, Suzanne Clément portrays Marie, Jérôme’s second wife and mother to their daughter Louise. Additionally, she has a son named Théo from a previous relationship. As an aspiring influencer, Marie struggles with adjusting to a time and place unfamiliar to her.

Clément is a Canadian actress acclaimed for her collaboration with director Xavier Dolan, featuring in films like I Killed My Mother (2009) and Mommy (2014). Other works include The Child Remains (2017) and The Origin of Evil (2022).

4) Bruno Gouery as Piero
