Frore Systems Boosts Performance by Up to 50% in Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge Laptop with Innovative AirJet Cooling Chips

Frore Systems, renowned for its innovative AirJet cooling technology, has showcased its effective cooling chips in the popular Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge. This integration has led to an impressive 50% boost in performance, revolutionizing user expectations for portable computing.

Revolutionary Cooling Technology Boosts Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge Performance

[Press Release]: In a significant development, Frore Systems revealed how its AirJet solid-state active cooling chips elevate the performance of the new Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge, which is currently the thinnest notebook, measuring only 10.9 mm. The demonstration highlighted a remarkable 50% enhancement in sustained CPU and AI performance. This advancement suggests that consumers can indeed have it all when it comes to performance and portability. Frore will present the upgraded Samsung laptop at CES 2025 in January.

The substantial performance increase was achieved by replacing the traditional cooling fans with four compact AirJet chips. This change boosted the system’s power consumption from 12 watts to an impressive 18 watts. Moreover, it reduces the cooling solution’s physical footprint by 45%, shifting from a bulky 8,800 mm² area to a streamlined 4,800 mm² occupied by the AirJet technology.

The space-efficient AirJet cooling solution not only enhances performance but also opens up potential for increased battery capacity, allowing for an upgrade from the current 55.9 Wh to 64.8 Wh—resulting in a 16% improvement in video playback time, elevating it from 20 hours to an astounding 23.2 hours.

In addition to performance gains, the AirJet technology contributes to a sleeker, more stylish design. The absence of fan inlet holes enhances the notebook’s dustproof and water-resistant features while maintaining silent operation. The Galaxy Book4 Edge retains its ultra-thin profile of just 10.9 mm, ensuring it remains the leading contender in the notebook market.

When compared to other leading models, such as the MacBook Air 15″ with a thickness of 11.5 mm, the Galaxy Book4 Edge not only boasts a slimmer design but also outperforms it by 50% in sustained CPU and AI performance and offers a 29% enhancement in video runtime. Specifically, the Galaxy Book4 Edge achieves 18 watts of sustained performance while delivering 23.2 hours of video playback, compared to the MacBook Air’s 12 watts and 18 hours.

Attendees at CES 2025 will be able to witness the upgraded Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge equipped with AirJet chips, along with an array of other cutting-edge products leveraging Frore Systems’ technology. The company will also showcase additional proof-of-concept devices enhanced with AirJet chips and PAKs—these are plug-and-play solid-state active cooling modules aimed at Industrial and Smart Cities Edge AI devices, all characterized by their compact size, lightweight design, silent operation, and robust durability against dust and moisture.
