Fortnite Prop Hunt: UEFN map code, how to play, and more
The popularity of Prop Hunt as a game mode has solidified its position as one of the most beloved modes in the gaming community, and this remains true for Fortnite. Utilizing the Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), creators can now incorporate the excitement of Prop Hunt into the game in unprecedented ways. A standout example of this is a map aptly named Prop Hunt.
The Fortnite Creators Team Hive, known for their popular maps such as The Pit – Red VS Blue, is also responsible for creating the Prop Hunt map. This article will provide a guide on how players can locate the map and relive the classic experience within the Fortnite ecosystem.
UEFN Map Code Explained
Even though the Prop Hunt map by Team Hive is still new and gaining attention from the community, it should still be easy to locate. But if you’re struggling to find it among the many UEFN experiences, simply head to the search icon located in the top left corner of the main Battle Royale lobby.
Within this section, you will come across a search bar that will request you to insert the proper UEFN map code for the Prop Hunt map: 4064-5960-7460. Once you have inputted the given code, press confirm. This will automatically switch your current gaming mode to the Prop Hunt map, allowing you to join a match individually or with your companions.
Instructions for Playing
Upon joining a match, players will be assigned one of two roles: hunter or prop. As a hunter, your objective is to track down and eliminate the props before the timer expires. Alternatively, if you are a prop, you must select one of five objects using the Prop-O-Matic and conceal yourself from the hunters until the timer ends. Props have the ability to move and hide throughout the map, and they periodically send out a signal to give hunters a hint about their whereabouts.
The game mode includes five unique maps and utilizes a voting system to allow all players to participate in selecting the next map. In addition, hunters have the option to buy more powerful weapons from Vending Machines using coins earned by eliminating props.
