Former WrestleMania main eventer believes Bo Dallas has not received a fair shot in WWE
Despite Bray Wyatt’s untimely death, WWE had been considering incorporating his brother Bo Dallas as a significant character. Speculation arose that Dallas may have been the mysterious masked individual known as “Uncle Howdy,”frequently seen during the former Universal Champion’s segments.
Despite aligning with Bray Wyatt on WWE programming, Sami Zayn still believes that Bray’s brother, Bo Dallas, is highly underrated. Bo has had a long history with the sports entertainment giant, having held both the NXT Championship and RAW Tag Team Championship once each. Despite these accomplishments, he was unable to make a significant impact during that time.
During his interview on YoJoshMartinez, Zayn expressed his belief that Bo Dallas was the only wrestler in the past decade who was not given the opportunity he deserved.
“I’ve been giving this answer for years and it’s kind of hard to say now because he’s not really been on television, but I do believe he’s still kind of under contract. I’ve always thought Bo Dallas was really, really, really, really good and never really got his chance to really spread his wings and fly.”[H/T: Wrestling Inc]
Surprisingly, it seems that WWE may have future plans for the up-and-coming Rotunda, as the recent tease of the “Uncle Howdy”persona in Bray Wyatt’s latest documentary appears to have been intentional.
Mike Rotunda reflects on Bray Wyatt’s potential Hall of Fame induction in the future
Instead of honoring the man formerly known as The Fiend with an induction into the Hall of Fame Class of 2024, which many fans expected, the company instead chose to induct The U.S. Express. This tag team was comprised of Bray Wyatt’s father, Mike Rotunda.
“I was surprised because my son, with Windham passing, I thought they were gonna immediately put Windham into the Hall of Fame, which he will be at some point, but I think that WWE reassessed stuff and thought it was too soon to go there with our family and the reactions and the stress on us.”

Despite his young age of 36, Bray Wyatt sadly passed away on August 24, 2023. He leaves behind his loving wife Jojo Offerman and their four children as his cherished legacy.
