Former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin Discusses Legal Battle with HYBE and Gratitude for Life Without a Husband and Children

For those unfamiliar, HYBE and Min Hee-jin have been embroiled in multiple controversies since April 2024. This tumult began when the company announced plans to conduct an audit of its sub-label, ADOR.
Following this, HYBE requested Min Hee-jin to resign from her position as CEO, to which she responded by accusing the company of plagiarism and creative infringement.
Min Hee-jin Unveils Demo of NewJeans’ Unreleased Song
During the 2024 Hyundai Card DaVinci Motel event, Min Hee-jin, formerly of ADOR, previewed a demo of an unreleased song by NewJeans, sparking excitement among their fans, known as Bunnies, regarding upcoming projects she has envisioned for the group.
She played the snippet, lasting three minutes and twenty-four seconds, and showcased her enthusiasm through enthusiastic gestures.

The former creative director at SM Entertainment also expressed her discontent regarding memes that circulated on social media following her press conference aimed at addressing the controversies surrounding HYBE Corporation. She remarked:
“I was deeply hurt that the press conference became a meme, and it was a heartbreaking story to me, but I could not accept it being trivialized and becoming a meme. After the press conference, I went home and felt relieved, but I felt bitter.”
