Stability Update for Black Ops 6 and Warzone Released
Although players can look forward to a content-rich Season 3, the update released on February 28 is simply a “minor stability update, ”as noted by the official Call of Duty Updates Twitter account. This update can be downloaded immediately on various platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, with an estimated download size of around 500MB, varying slightly by platform. Notably, detailed patch notes have not been provided, indicating that players should not expect significant bug fixes or gameplay improvements from this update.

It is worth mentioning that just a couple of days prior, a more substantial update was released on February 26, which addressed numerous bugs across both Black Ops 6 and Warzone. This earlier patch re-enabled access to the “East Main Street”buy door from the Yummy Freeze roof in Black Ops 6 Zombies. Additionally, notable news for Ranked Play enthusiasts was the unrestricted use of the Recoil Springs Fire Mod on the Jackal PDW submachine gun.

After the recent update was rolled out, the Call of Duty Updates account acknowledged an issue regarding the new D1.3 Sector weapon in Black Ops 6. The specific problem affects the “Fast Times”camo challenge, as it currently does not track one-shot kills in multiplayer. Players hope that Treyarch will address this issue in a forthcoming update to enhance their gaming experience.
