Level-5 has officially announced that the highly anticipated update for the Nintendo Switch version of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time will launch on June 5, 2025. This upcoming update introduces optimizations for the Switch 2, confirming its status as a launch title for Nintendo’s latest console.

Fans should be aware that the Switch 2 edition of the game will come with a slight price increase. The digital version for the original Switch is priced at $59.99 on the eShop, while the Switch 2 version will be available for $62.58 directly from Nintendo. For existing players who own the game on the original Switch, an upgrade option is available for just $2.59.

Although a comparison video showcasing the new features between the two versions has yet to be released, Level-5 has outlined several key improvements. Notably, the Switch 2 will boast:
