The fantasy series, featuring Jeff Goldblum in the role of Zeus and drawing inspiration from Greek and Roman mythologies, has been abruptly terminated by the streaming giant earlier this week. Sources indicate that the decision was driven by the show’s inability to attract a substantial audience, prompting Netflix to reassess its investment.

The news sparked fury among fans, as Kaos had garnered positive reviews from both critics and viewers, fueling confusion over why it has been shelved. This cancellation reflects a growing trend within Netflix, where numerous projects have been curtailed after just one season.

Following the cancellation, fans expressed their frustration on social media, even initiating a call for a Netflix boycott. Conversations within the subreddit r/KaosNetflixSeries revealed a sentiment that Netflix is more concerned with profit than the quality of its shows.
