The latest episode of The Great British Bake Off Season 15 premiered on Tuesday, October 21, 2024, on Channel 4, showcasing an intense Pastry Week where one contestant faced elimination.

During the signature challenge, the bakers were tasked with crafting 12 frangipane tarts, which was followed by a technical challenge involving a Greek pie.
