On Monday, September 30, news regarding BTS members Jungkook and Jimin’s photobook titled Are You Sure?! was shared on the popular Korean social media platform Weverse. According to the official BTS page on Weverse, fans can purchase this exclusive photobook, which features three behind-the-scenes clips from their Disney+ travel show, Are You Sure?!

In one of the behind-the-scenes videos, Jimin shared that prior to their trip to Jeju, he had a sleepover at Jungkook’s home where he cooked makguksu (Korean buckwheat noodles) for him. Jimin enjoyed the dish so much that he ended up having three servings and reminisced about his time spent at Jungkook’s house in the video.

The footage captures the two K-pop idols reflecting on their travels across Sapporo, Jeju Island, and the United States. Additionally, BTS’s Weverse page provided preview clips from these moments.

The story about Jungkook cooking makguksu and their sleepover sparked significant interest among fans, who took to the internet to express their reactions. One user on X exclaimed:

While a netizen mentioned that Jungkook gave ‘Princess Treatments’ to Jimin, another user noted how the two singers had previously jokingly stated that they have ‘no life outside of HYBE.’ Some of the comments included:

The adventurous travel show Are You Sure?! stars BTS’ Jungkook and Jimin as they travel to New York and Connecticut in the USA, Jeju in South Korea, and Sapporo in Japan. This eight-episode reality series premiered on Disney+ on August 8, 2024, and concluded on September 19, 2024.

The official description of Are You Sure?! on the streaming platform reads:

“Join BTS members Jimin and Jung Kook on an enchanting journey of self-discovery and friendship. What’s it like for two friends in their twenties, known globally as superstars, to travel away from the spotlight? Are You Sure?! follows Jimin and Jung Kook as they unwind together across three scenic locations.”

Throughout the show, Jungkook and Jimin participated in various activities, including trying different cuisines, shopping, cooking, camping, snorkeling, and taking a road trip while sharing anecdotes and laughter.

During their Jeju trip, they were joined by a special guest, Kim Taehyung, also known as V from BTS, who featured in the third and fourth episodes, adding more excitement to their adventure.

As of now, both Jungkook and Jimin are serving their mandatory military service. They filmed Are You Sure?! before their enlistment. The anticipated date for their return is sometime in June 2025, following their enlistment in December 2023.
