“Mantra”marks the first release under her own label, Odd Atelier, and Columbia Records, reflecting her decision to forgo a solo deal with YG Entertainment and Interscope Records.

The song features contributions from notable songwriters, including Jennie, Bily Walsh, Claudia Valentina, Elle Campbell, Jelli Dorman, Isabelle Carlsson, Lennard Oestman, and Serban Cazan, with production handled by El Guincho, Jelli Dorman, Jumpa, and Serban Cazan.

Following the release of “Mantra,”Jennie achieved several significant milestones. She became the Korean female solo artist with the biggest Spotify debut in history, amassing 5.24 million streams on October 12, 2024. In other news, BLACKPINK’s Jennie made an appearance at the Chanel Spring/Summer 2025 ready-to-wear fashion show during Paris Fashion Week on October 1, 2024.

However, her official Twitter/X account has reportedly been suspended, with the K-pop community urging the platform to address the issue.
