His nominations included Best Alternative Music Video International, Best Production Design in a Video, and Best Visual Effects in a Video. On October 24, the music video claimed victory in two categories: Best Alternative Music Video International and Best Production Design in a Video.

Released on May 24, 2024, through HYBE LABELS’ official YouTube channel, “LOST!”serves as the lead single from his second full-length album, “Right Place, Wrong Person.”The track delves into themes of confusion and emotional turmoil, encapsulating the struggles of individuals who often feel lost within their own thoughts.

The narrative of “LOST!”takes audiences deep into RM’s mind, showcasing his efforts to escape from a dark, decaying office and navigate a labyrinth of thoughts. The storyline follows RM, also known as Kim Namjoon, as he embarks on a quest for freedom, finding an exit with the support of his friends.

Directing the project was French filmmaker Aube Perrie, known for his collaborations with pop sensation Harry Styles, while creative direction was managed by San Yan.

Since its inception in 2008, the UKMVA has acknowledged excellence in music video production across diverse genres, including Pop, R&B/Soul, and Dance. The Best Alternative Video category assesses originality and impact, while the Best Production Design category emphasizes artistic merit. Currently, Kim Namjoon is fulfilling his mandatory military service as required of South Korean citizens. He commenced his duties on December 11, 2023, alongside fellow BTS member Kim Taehyung, and is expected to complete his service by 2025.
