Dahyun, a South Korean singer, actress, and rapper, is a prominent member of the girl group TWICE and is signed under agencies including JYP Entertainment, Warner Japan, and Republic Records. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 2015.

Initially recruited as a trainee for JYP Entertainment after being discovered at a dance festival, Dahyun underwent three years of training. She later participated in the reality show Sixteen, competing for a spot in JYP’s new girl group. Ultimately, she was selected to join TWICE as a singer and rapper.
