Fan Control V186
Fan Control is a versatile and powerful portable tool that enables you to monitor, regulate, and modify your GPU and CPU fans to ensure your device stays cool and operates efficiently. It offers support for various devices and hardware setups, granting you full authority over your computer’s cooling mechanism.
The foundation of the Fan Control backend is primarily built upon LibreHardwareMonitor, a modified version of the original OpenHardwareMonitor that is open source. This allows for anyone to contribute to hardware compatibility and prevents reliance on a single developer who may lose interest in the project. Additionally, the use of a plugin system ensures that Fan Control can be adapted for future generations of hardware.
