Fallout: New Vegas Promising RTX Remix Mod Showcased in New Video

It has been confirmed through a new online video this week that a Fallout: New Vegas RTX Remix mod is currently in development.

The mod, being developed by Darko P, was previewed in an early WIP version in the video below. Despite the presence of visual glitches in this initial version, it undeniably enhances the visual aspect of the classic RPG. Unfortunately, no specific release date has been announced for the project, so it may be some time before we can experience the game with improved graphics.

Despite being released almost 15 years ago, Fallout: New Vegas is still widely regarded as one of the top installments in the series. Unfortunately, Obsidian Entertainment, the developer behind the game, was never afforded the opportunity to create a sequel. However, there have been rumors that the studio is currently in talks with Microsoft, which now owns both Obsidian and Bethesda, about potentially developing a sequel. It is important to note that these discussions are part of a long-term plan, so it is unlikely that any official announcement will be made in the near future.

While eagerly anticipating the release of another Fallout game, fans of the post-apocalyptic universe can satisfy their craving with the upcoming Fallout TV show, set to debut on Amazon Prime Video on April 11th.
