Claims that Stevie Wonder is defending Sean “Diddy” Combs amid his legal troubles have gone viral across social media platforms. This surge of interest follows Combs’ arrest on September 16, facing serious charges including s*x trafficking and racketeering. Despite reports from certain online sources suggesting that the renowned singer was apparently supporting ‘Puff Daddy,’ these claims have been debunked.
Madhouse Magazine posted a picture of Stevie Wonder and Sean Combs on their Facebook page on September 29, stating:
“Stevie Wonder Defends Diddy ‘I Didn’t See Nothing Illegal.’”
The intention behind the post remains ambiguous—it’s unclear if the publication implied that Wonder saw no wrongdoing in Combs’ actions or simply did not witness any incriminating behavior personally.
This social media claim quickly gained traction, resulting in over 70,000 reactions, more than 5,000 comments, and upwards of 30,000 shares.
On October 3, the Instagram account @f2cmedia repeated this narrative, suggesting that Wonder had voiced support for the Bad Boy Records founder.
However, it is crucial to highlight that this assertion is false. The source of the information, Madhouse Magazine, is categorized as a ‘satire/parody’ page on Facebook, primarily known for sharing comedic and exaggerated content.
Stevie Wonder did not defend Diddy
If you visit Madhouse Magazine’s Facebook page, it is clear from their introduction that the site describes itself as being “for idiots by idiots.” They have openly declared their content to be “satire/parody,” suggesting that the published stories are not intended to be taken as factual.
Moreover, the official website’s About Us section states:
“Madhouse Magazine is the only place you can find hysterical satire, phony interviews, and imaginary concert reviews. We will mock and lampoon your favorite rock stars, musicians, actors, athletes, politicians and maybe even your Aunt Sheila.”
The publication aims to “make the world laugh in these trying times,” according to their own statements.
Notably, no reputable entertainment outlet has reported on this viral claim, which raises further questions. Given the celebrity status of both musicians, it is highly likely that if Wonder had indeed made such a statement, multiple legitimate media outlets would have covered it.
Thus, it is safe to conclude that Stevie Wonder did not defend Diddy.
Multiple celebrities reportedly attended Diddy’s “Freak Off”parties
Numerous celebrities have been rumored to have attended Diddy’s notorious “Freak Off”parties. Speculated regular attendees include Ashton Kutcher, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Usher, Drake, Oprah Winfrey, Justin Bieber, Will Smith, Alicia Keys, Alex Rodriguez, and many more.
Reportedly, these extravagant events involved victims being coerced to engage with male prostitutes on camera over extended periods.
Recently, Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced he is representing 120 individuals who have come forward with s*xual misconduct allegations against Diddy. He indicated that civil lawsuits would be filed predominantly in New York and Los Angeles.
Among the alleged victims are equal numbers of males and females (60 each), with troubling reports that 25 were minors at the time of the alleged incidents, including one victim who was reportedly just nine years old.
As he awaits his trial date, Combs remains incarcerated while maintaining his innocence in light of these serious allegations.
