Exploring the Relationship Between Lucas Coly and Amber H: How They Met and Her Reaction to His Untimely Passing
Renowned rapper Lucas Coly tragically passed away by suicide, as disclosed by his talent manager via Instagram on October 3, 2024. Following the announcement, the manager urged followers to pray for Coly’s girlfriend, Amber H, in a comment later deleted from Facebook. Amber has since responded to the heartbreaking news on social media.
On October 4, Amber shared a photo on her Instagram Story featuring a phone in her hand, accompanied by a message that read:
“This made me feel a lot better! Amen. Y’all don’t know the half!!!!!!!!!!!! Leave me alone!!!!! Let him rest.”
Shortly after, Amber posted another story where she expressed:
“Got the answers I needed and I’m okay.”
The poignant post shared by Lucas Coly’s manager initially included a heartfelt message grieving his unexpected passing. However, the detailed caption was later removed, and a simple heart emoji was added in its place. The manager, whose identity has yet to be officially disclosed, expressed his sorrow and shared:
“There’s a hole in my heart right now, Lucas. We used to confide in each other about our struggles yet smile for our fans. So many people have hurt us time and again, but we always had one another. I don’t know what to do now. I’d be a hypocrite if I told you not to, and then I go and do the same.”
Significantly, Lucas Coly and Amber H connected through social media messages back in 2015, according to Hollywood Life. Amber was the first to reach out to Lucas, who responded by complimenting her looks.
Lucas Coly and Amber H: A Long-Standing Romance
As previously mentioned, Lucas and Amber initially met online while he was living in New York City. He subsequently traveled to Los Angeles to meet Amber in person.
Aside from music, the couple launched a YouTube channel in 2018 titled “Lucas and Amber.”Amber H recalled their first meeting during a YouTube video that same year, recalling:
“I was nervous – like, I was super nervous. I think that’s one of my best memories with him because of the feeling of finally meeting someone you’ve been excited to meet and have been conversing with on the phone. You know he’s fine… girl, that was one of my best memories.”
Amber frequently traveled to Los Angeles to see Lucas and they continued to create content for their YouTube channel, even holding a Q&A session about their relationship. They released a collaborative single titled “Have You Seen Her?”in January 2024.
Amber H is also pursuing a music career, though her real name has not yet been made public. She grew up in San Antonio, Texas, before moving to California and then to Nevada around the age of 8.
Meanwhile, Lucas Coly launched his career on Vine in 2013, gradually gaining attention for his rap videos. He was 27 years old at the time of his untimely death and was a member of the music trio Tha Diamondz, along with WillGottheJuice and Dillyn Troy.
