The Value of Mushroomancer in Monster Hunter Wilds

Monster Hunter Wilds Wudwud

The Mushroomancer skill offers a significant improvement for players who prefer not to craft potions continuously for tough battles. It transforms hunting preparations, potentially saving time and resources. Instead of gathering multiple materials for potions, players can focus on collecting just a handful of mushrooms.

At Level 3, the most effective mushrooms to prioritize include Nitroshrooms for attack boosts, Parashrooms for defense, and Mandragoras for complete healing. The Exciteshroom has random effects, making it less reliable, while the Blue Mushroom and Toadstool provide only minor healing benefits, overshadowed by more potent options. Devil’s Blight, which restores stamina, is essential for builds that face stamina issues but is less common.

It is also noteworthy that all gathering materials, including the mushrooms needed for Mushroomancer, respawn every 15 minutes in real-time, enhancing convenience.

On the downside, the Conga armor set itself is not particularly powerful in Monster Hunter Wilds, especially at the High Rank. Players can circumvent this by utilizing Mushroom Charms (Talismans) for the skill’s effects without compromising their armor quality.
