The Michigan Poison & Drug Information Center describes para-fluorofentanyl as a synthetic opioid analgesic, first developed in the 1960s for research use.

As per a TMZ report dated July 22, 2024, Autumn Crittendon’s passing occurred on July 20, 2024, while she was staying at her stepfather’s residence in Henrico County, Virginia, where she lived with her children and mother. It was noted that her family had been aware of her ongoing health challenges.

Reports indicate that Crittendon was in her bedroom when a friend sensed something was amiss and alerted her parents. Emergency services were summoned, and while paramedics performed CPR, their efforts were ultimately futile, and she was declared dead at the scene.

Initially, Crittendon’s family was uncertain about the cause of her death. However, TMZ later reported that she had been feeling unwell prior to the incident, frequently complaining about heartburn and expressing a desire to see a doctor.

Furthermore, it was noted that she struggled with diabetes, kidney problems, and hypertension. Her family cooperated with the ongoing investigation led by Henrico County Police, who worked alongside the medical examiner to ascertain the details surrounding her death.

Reactions from Autumn Crittendon’s Sister Following Her Passing

Misty, Crittendon’s older sister, publicly shared the heartbreaking news of Autumn’s death through a now-deleted Facebook post. In her touching tribute, she highlighted her pride in Autumn for overcoming life’s obstacles and offered a touching farewell. She expressed:

“You were robbed of your life at such a tender age; you left before anyone could tell you goodbye… how much we love you… and how proud we are of you for maintaining sobriety through the toughest phases of life.”

She continued with heartfelt sentiments:

“We are grateful for the years we shared together, proud of you as a mother, and thankful for your three precious children who carry pieces of your heart with them.”

Misty revealed she learned about her sister’s passing while at the dentist and assured that she and her family would ensure that Crittendon’s children would always feel her love.

“These children will forever know how deeply you cared for them, how special you were, and all the sacrifices you made for them,” Misty reiterated.

On October 21, she paid tribute to her sister with another emotional Facebook post, reflecting on the strong bond and unwavering support they shared throughout their lives.

Autumn Crittendon gained attention on Season 5 of 16 and Pregnant, which aired in 2014, showcasing her journey with then-boyfriend Dustin Franklin as they welcomed their oldest son, Drake.

After giving birth to Drake in December 2013, Crittendon largely stepped out of the limelight, later also having a daughter named Abigail and a son named Luke. Sadly, her passing leaves behind her three beloved children.
