Explained: Ice Staff Damage Exploit in Black Ops 6 Zombies

As gamers prepare to explore the latest Black Ops 6 Zombies map known as The Tomb, one of the most powerful tools at their disposal is the Staff of Ice. While this weapon boasts impressive damage potential, players have the opportunity to maximize its capabilities even further. This guide outlines effective strategies to enhance the damage output of the Staff of Ice, enabling players to compete with the most formidable adversaries in the game.

It’s crucial for players to act promptly, as the method to amplify Ice Staff damage is currently an exploit that could soon be addressed in a forthcoming patch. Nevertheless, now is the perfect time to dive into this trick, which can boost damage to an extraordinary 10 times the normal rate!

Boosting Damage With the Staff of Ice in The Tomb

Inspecting the Hand Cannon

To kick things off, players must not only secure the Staff of Ice but also upgrade it to its Ull’s Arrow variant. Below are the steps required for this transformation:

Once the Staff of Ice has been advanced to Ull’s Arrow, players should proceed to any Crafting Table scattered throughout the map and invest 1, 250 Salvage to create the Hand Cannon Support Scorestreak. Notable locations for building the Hand Cannon include:

  • Shrine of the Hierophants
  • Neolithic Catacombs
  • Dark Aether Nexus

Having successfully obtained the Hand Cannon, the next step is straightforward: hold the fire button to execute a Charged Shot with Ull’s Arrow. Once the icy projectile is in motion—creating a blizzard effect—quickly swap to the Hand Cannon scorestreak by pressing Down on the D-Pad. During the blizzard, any enemies trapped within will experience significantly enhanced damage from your attacks.

A recent video highlights just how effective this technique is; when executed properly, it allows players to eliminate Amalgams almost instantaneously. The process involves performing a Charged Shot, switching to the Hand Cannon, and repeating the operation as needed. Remarkably, this technique doesn’t deplete Hand Cannon ammunition, propelling players to higher rounds with ease and helping them navigate the main quest without hassle.
